Experience Makes You an Expert- The Overlooked Problem of Family Courts

by James Carter

Americans who still believe that the U.S. Constitution protects them, have not yet dealt with the family law system. It's no secret that the system is broken but unfortunately most people do not realize how serious the problem is until they experience it first hand. This corrupt system is the most destructive force operating on American families today. The greed and abuse of power is out of control, children’s lives are being destroyed and fit parents are being deprived of their basic human rights without notice or a chance to be heard.

Montgomery Co. Judge Richard Haaz Fails to Disclose Conflict on Panel Against AG Kane

It may be old  news that Judge William Carpenter,  Senior Judge William Nicholas, and Judge Richard Haaz sat on the April 27, 2015 panel to determine if Carpenter's ambiguous protective order was violated by Attorney General Kane. But while thus far, Judge Richard Haaz has remained under the radar,  it may be time to give him his place of honor in the Pennsylvania Courts Hall of Shame.

What has escaped the corporate-run media, is that it appears that Judge Haaz, who concurred on the opinion that AG Kane had violated the protective order, has … Continue Reading ››

Pennsylvania Got Punked

In an article on on November 15, 2015, regarding the ongoing judicial calamity in the Pennsylvania Court System, ethics expert Geoffrey C. "It is a little paradoxical that a board constituted to create greater transparency and trust in the judiciary is itself quite untransparent," he said. Pennsylvania citizens did not need an Ivy League law professor to state the obvious,  it has been evident to … Continue Reading ››

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kane Won’t be Intimidated

If you are not tuning in to Pennsylvania's broadcast of their three-ring Judicial circus, you are really missing a great show.  They desperately continue to reach into their designer brief cases and pull out tricks - but they  are just not working.  As Attorney General Kathleen Kane stated "They can arrest me ten times" but she will continue to do her job.  Since her announcement of discovering  thousands of pornographic emails on State servers, Kane has been indicted  and has had her law license suspended - by senders of those … Continue Reading ››

Try Your Luck! Lawyers Fund For Client Security

One of the lesser known provisions of the U.S. legal system is a "safety net" called Lawyers Fund for Client Security, which comes under the The National Client Protection Organization, Inc.   There are branches in almost every state in the country.   These funds are supposed to provide restitution for theft perpetrated by attorneys, but it would be very un- American if you didn't have to jump hoops for any chance of recovery.

As with everything in our capitalist regime, experience has shown these funds to lean more towards another revenue generating machine for the Judiciary, with … Continue Reading ››

Legal Intelligencer: Former U.S. Attorney Calls To Stop Kane Investigation and Focus on Judicial Corruption

There have been numerous legal filings concerning the actions of state Attorney General Kathleen Kane, including criminal charges against her. In addition, there have been many disclosures that employees and former employees of the Attorney General's Office have been sending and receiving obscene emails with many others, including members of the judiciary. Many of the senders were employees on staff of the attorney general prior to Kane taking office.

In this flurry of charges and counter-charges, the bar and the courts have side-stepped a major issue. There is substantial evidence that employees of the attorney general have … Continue Reading ››
