These three Senior judicial thugs decided that our "Legislators did not intend to include the Courts" in the Whistleblower laws. They pulled this stunt with a surrealistic opinion claiming that the Courts are not Commonwealth Agencies. Huh..come again?
Read it for yourself- Here an older man who worked for the Courts, clearly lost … Continue Reading ››
Thanks to Shakespeare's tongue-in-cheek infamous quote, we have become desensitized to the dishonesty of lawyers, but it's no joke. They now populate the majority of the Legislature, the Executive and the Judicial Branches, and all lawyers belong to the same labor union – the State bar associations. This has effectively removed the separation of powers necessary to maintain democracy. With power no longer divided, this closed club has created a lingering obligation and dependency between the legal industry and politicians, turning the civil courts into little more than a … Continue Reading ››
The legal industry designed for themselves, a faux Judicial Conduct Board whose operating procedures make no mention of protecting the public from judicial criminality. It states their only responsibility to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is "preservation of the reputation of the judiciary," and no judge has ever been removed or prosecuted for damages against an individual citizen. The "government," which is just people with their own agenda, deliberately omitted a mechanism for restitution for victims of judicial corruption. There are thousands of people bankrupted and homes foreclosed upon as … Continue Reading ››

Re: Dismissal of Appeal for Hard Copies?
On August 14th and October 27, 2017, I had submitted briefs via the e-file system, on the appeal of the foreclosure on my home. Even though it was still in litigation, the courts would not delay the Sheriff sale on May 31,, 2017, evidence the outcome of this case has been predetermined. On November 8, 2017, I received an order stating the Prothonotary had tried to reach me via telephone multiple times, … Continue Reading ››
The renowned journal the Legal Intelligencer recently revisited an embarrassing industry topic in an article entitled "Why Do Pennsylvania's Courts Suffer From Chronic Scandal?" While the author included its numerous infamous scandals as evidence, they fell short in answering their own question. It is answered here. The failure to remedy the situation itself speaks volumes, with an obvious aversion to interfering with the status quo... the reason is simple and not unique to Pennsylvania.
The legal industry is by far the largest source of political campaign funding and it is dependent upon the judiciary for … Continue Reading ››
As President Trump struggles to "make America great again" the "draining of the swamp" has been self-effectuating. We just saw how some of that muck surfacing from the bottom, could possibly have put themselves in control of national security. There is a larger lesson here to be learned from the dog and pony show that three judges put on for the country.
JUST A SYMPTOM OF A HIDDEN PROBLEM
As they say, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The legal challenges to President Trump's immigration ban has coincidentally uncovered a black hole containing the … Continue Reading ››
The saga of Democrat and first female Pennsylvania Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, is an interesting contrast to that of Presidential Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton's quagmire regarding mishandling of official government emails. In fact, the two women are, or were comrades and Clinton supported Kane's run for office in 2012. The difference of course is who they were up against and how much money they had to fight allegations, making the speed and timing of today's announcement that Clinton has been cleared a bit suspicious.
If you missed Pennsylvania's three-ring Judicial circus, coined "Porngate" by the media, it turned the … Continue Reading ››
It may be old news that Judge William Carpenter, Senior Judge William Nicholas, and Judge Richard Haaz sat on the April 27, 2015 panel to determine if Carpenter's ambiguous protective order was violated by Attorney General Kane. But while thus far, Judge Richard Haaz has remained under the radar, it may be time to give him his place of honor in the Pennsylvania Courts Hall of Shame.
What has escaped the corporate-run media, is that it appears that Judge Haaz, who concurred on the opinion that AG Kane had violated the protective order, has … Continue Reading ››
