Try Your Luck – The Lawyers Client Security Fund

One of the lesser known provisions of the U.S. legal system is a "safety net" called Lawyers Fund for Client Security, which comes under the The National Client Protection Organization, Inc.   There are branches in almost every state in the country.   These funds are supposed to provide restitution for theft perpetrated by attorneys, however like everything in the American courts, you have to jump hoops to have any success.

The Untouchables – The Judiciary in America

“Judicial Branch” is in reference to all lawyers, including those that function as judges.  The Judicial Branch in this country is completely unaccountable to the people. This is particularly dangerous because they have the ultimate power to control the legislature.  They are currently operating in the same manner, as every country that has ended up in volatile revolutionary status.

The Judicial Branch Removed Itself From the Checks And Balances System in the 1970’s

What happened described herein, spread to every state across the nation, beginning in the 1970’s, facilitated through the American Bar Association. If you do not live in Pennsylvania, the law was still most likely changed in the same manner in your state.. This was the self-exemption through the Supreme Court using the power of judicial review, from the Open Meeting Laws by the Judicial branches.
